Robotler

Frustrated by the limitations of existing booking systems, we embarked on an ambitious mission: to build our own. Robotler was envisioned as a flexible, white-label SaaS booking platform to empower businesses with custom features that off-the-shelf software couldn’t offer. I led a small team in developing a powerful MVP from the ground up, architecting core features and a unique WordPress plugin for seamless client integration. While the project was ultimately discontinued before launch, it stands as a testament to our ability to innovate and execute on a complex, full-stack vision.

Ree Park Safari

Ree Park Safari was spending countless hours on manual tasks, from selling train tickets to managing overnight cabin bookings. We transformed their operation by building a centralized digital hub that integrated key systems like Loby for ticketing and Spectra for sleepovers. The result? A dramatic increase in operational efficiency, a seamless experience for visitors, and a staff finally freed to focus on creating magical moments in the park.

Gamingafterwork.com

I crafted a custom, dark-themed landing page for the gaming community GamingAfterWork. As a pro-bono passion project, I designed a visually immersive experience inspired by Copenhagen’s iconic Kappa Bar, using the Breakdance builder for a rapid yet polished launch. This site showcases my ability to deliver strategic, audience-focused design, even on fast-turnaround projects.

V85

V85 was managing a modern car rental fleet with a tool we all know: Google Sheets. We transformed their chaotic, manual operation into a sleek, automated rental platform built on WordPress. I architected and developed the entire system, integrating live vehicle data, a custom booking engine, and automated service alerts. This project is a prime example of how the right technology can turn operational headaches into a seamless, self-service experience for both businesses and their customers.

PersonaleZonen

When two companies merged, I was tasked with a monumental challenge: single-handedly rebuilding and migrating the entire PersonaleZonen platform from the ground up in just two months. I championed and successfully executed a complete transition to a modern Next.js full-stack application, architecting everything from the database and authentication to a white-label theme editor. This case study delves into how I delivered a scalable, high-performance platform that now seamlessly serves hundreds of thousands of users.

LGND.GG

The case Every great product solves a real problem, and Robotler is a prime example. During the Ree Park Safari project, we integrated the Spectra Systems booking platform for their sleepover cabins. While it worked, we repeatedly ran into limitations—features it couldn’t handle, customizations that weren’t possible, and workflows that weren’t quite right for a […]

Esportligaen.dk

Architecting and building a full tournament platform for Esportligaen was a dream project that blended my passion for gaming with my expertise in full-stack development. Tasked with creating a scalable esports system on a tight budget, I led the development of the core match and stats engines using WordPress, navigating technical constraints to deliver a functional MVP. This deep dive explores the challenges of real-time data without WebSockets, why I advocated for a NextJS framework, and how I would build it today with a modern Nuxt and Laravel API stack for superior performance and scalability.

It doesn't end here..

Since I also freelance, I often build similar cases. To avoid scrolling for years on this page, I've just selected a few cases to show off. If you'd like to see the whole catalogue, please get in touch with me and I'll gladly show it all. Cheers to many more exciting projects!
